BOOK DESCRIPTION
It has a dark past - one in which a number of humans were killed. A past that caused it to christen itself
"Murderbot". But it has only vague memories of the massacre that spawned that title, and it wants to know more. Teaming up with a Research Transport vessel named ART (vou don't want to know what the "A" stands for), Murderbot heads to the mining facility where it went rogue. What it discovers will forever change the way it thinks..

MY REVIEW
I enjoyed Artificial Condition more than it’s predecessor. Mainly due to the banter between Murderbot and a new character named ART, which is an acronym for something you’ll have to read to find out for yourself, is pretty hilarious. I also loved that Murderbot got some character development as it has to work with other humans, and of course ART.
I was happy to see that the world-building moved up a notch, which definitely helped my reading experience. This is a novella, so I don’t need intricate details, but I like to know a little about what I’m seeing so that I can picture it in my head. I also have a better understanding as to why the side characters in All Systems Red didn’t get as developed as I would’ve liked. Murderbot is definitely a character I want to continue reading about, so I can’t wait to get to book 3 at some point in the near future.
So, I’ve been looking around. Since your home page is a static page and not a list of your recent posts, I’m glad you added that “Recent Posts” link. My main issue is with “The Den”. It’s not even a big issue, but I wonder how many people are actually going to click on it to see WHAT it is. Once they do click, it’s obvious.
And finally, I didn’t see a search bar anywhere. Is there a reason you don’t want one?
All of those things are going to vary by the person who is doing the looking, so don’t take it as me being critical 😀 Just what I noticed for what I’m looking for in a website when I visit.
Cheers!

There is a search bar on the home page, under my picture, and the letters. I also decided not to do one on the individual letter pages since they are all easily seen without having to scroll far. I had them on there, but felt that it probably wasn’t needed.
But I do appreciate the input, I need eyes that are not mine to see how it flows lol
And I renamed my homepage “The Den” because the den is a quiet place in a home, typically for reading, and then the home of a wolf and a tarantula is a den… and what was once the den, is now “recent posts”.
I realized it was confusing to others that the den was for recent posts, so I had to change it.

Ok, I had not scrolled down far enough to find the search bar. Just think if that experience is what others will have happen to them too.
As long as you are happy with how things look AND how they function, and have thought through where you place everything, then best of luck 😀

And I want to make sure that you know I am NOT trying to tell you how to run your site. If that’s how I came across, then I’m sorry for that.

You’re good, I needed the feed back. I made some changes by making the search bar easier to see on the Home Screen
